The contract was to carry out both flooring and tiling works during the refurbishment of the hotel and restaurant.

A mixture of carpet and luxury vinyl tiles were installed to the bedrooms and communal areas with brick slip ceramic tiles used in the en-suite bathrooms.

Solid timber planks were installed throughout the restaurant and function room with a slate tile finish to the bar surround.

Brick slip tiles were installed to the back of bar area, kitchen and toilets.

Safety vinyl was installed to all wet areas.

ZIZZI’S

Duration: 4 Weeks

The contract was to carry out tiling and vinyl sheet works to both the front and back of house areas.

Decorative white 200 x 100 wall tiles were installed in a brick bond pattern to the area behind the restaurant bar and throughout the kitchen areas.

With a hexagonal mosaic floor tile in white and a black ‘rosette’ detail running in front of the bar and kitchen area.

The same hexagonal mosaic floor tile was installed to the toilet area with decorative gloss green 200 x 100 wall tiles to finish.

The back of house tilling were in white 200 x 100 wall tiles which were installed in a brick bond pattern with Altro Stronghold vinyl sheet to floor areas.

Aqua Nomad 8500 matting was installed in the entrance.

ASDA

We have carried out various installations within ASDA stores across the country. Below are the details of a recent installation carried out at ASDA Crown Point Retail Park – Leeds

Working in two teams on day and night shifts, we stripped up the existing floor coverings to the ground and first floor sales area prior to installing 3mm latex screed.

Forbo External Wood vinyl sheeting with installed throughout both floors totalling approximately 3750m².

As well as above we installed Coral Duo Active matting to the entrance, Forbo External Wood to all back of house areas including sit on skirting throughout.
